Elysian Beach Resort is a beachfront resort nestled on the white-sand cove at Cowpet Bay, on the island's desirable East End. The resort is next to the Saint Thomas Yacht Club, one mile from Red Hook and the ferry to Saint John, and nine miles from duty-free shopping in Charlotte Amalie. While not relaxing on the stretch of beach, guests often head for the health club and fitness center with spa and sauna, large swimming pool with waterfall and hot tub, or the nearby Mahogany Run Golf Course. Of course, if guests prefer to stay on the beach, the on-site watersports center might have something to help pass the time. For all meals, there are two restaurants and three bars on site. The resort's 180 air-conditioned units have cable television, safe, and terrace.
