The 171-unit Sapphire Beach Condominium Resort is a family-oriented resort located on the beach where guests under 17 stay free. Upon arrival, guests are warmly welcomed with an island beverage and each week they can enjoy two complimentary cocktail parties. Hotel facilities and services include four turf tennis courts and complimentary use of racquets, a freshwater pool with views of neighboring islands, a kiddie pool and playground, two beach volleyball courts, snorkeling, Sunfish sailing and windsurfing. For a fee, guests can also enjoy parasailing, kayaking, Sunkats, waverunners, powerboating and sailing. A full-service PADI dive center is located on property for instruction (beginner through divemaster). The center also offers daily beach and boat dives, private charters, custom dive packages, snorkeling trips, and a full certification program. The resort suites and villas are arranged in low-rise clusters, overlooking the curved, half-mile expanse of Sapphire Beach. All accommodations feature private balconies with ocean or yacht harbor views, full kitchens with microwaves and refrigerators, king-size beds, TV, direct-dial telephones, hair dryers, coffee makers, sleeper sofa beds, and full baths. Irons and ironing boards are available upon request. Complimentary daily breakfast is included for all guests. NOTES: The maximum number of guests per room is four, six in the Beachfront Villas. The price includes the resort fee.
